- Nicolás practices in the area of Corporate and Commercial Law, advising domestic and international companies on the creation, modification, and reorganization of corporate structures, capital increases, and other processes related to the management and development of their businesses.
He participates in the drafting of shareholder agreements, minutes of board meetings and meetings, as well as in commercial and corporate transactions, supporting due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate financing.
